My Process Breakdown

Consider this our first date, and expect a lot of questions! During this time, I want to ensure that we’re a good fit for each other, which will involve discerning if I can accomplish what you need within your budgetary constraints.
After our discovery call, I’ll send over a project proposal document. This project proposal will include a breakdown of the project scope and a price quote. If all looks good, we’ll move on to contract signing if it all looks good! Note that I require a 50% deposit upon signing the contract.
Now is when the magic happens! After we’ve dotted our I’s and crossed all our T’s, I deep dive into creation.
First comes research: if I’m not already familiar with your industry, I’ll familiarize myself with your competitors and market trends, and then we’ll schedule another call.
In this second call, we’ll dive deeper into what you’re looking for, brand-wise. I want you to “word-vomit” all your ideas so I can start visualizing a more detailed draft of your perfect project.
If a phone call isn’t your preferred way of brainstorming, I also have a questionnaire for you to fill out.

Please note that I include three rounds of revisions for all my projects. If revisions are needed, I reserve the right to adjust final pricing if revisions go outside the scope of these complimentary review periods.
After I’ve made all the revisions, I’ll send over essential files (.jpeg, .png, .mp4, you name it, you got it) and a guide on accessing, downloading, and adjusting the designs (if necessary). You’ll also receive a final invoice, the amount of which is to be paid within seven days. Note that payment plans are available at my discretion.
