As a child, I grew up watching my father snap photos of our family excursions and going through photo albums of his adventures as a young man. So when I asked him to get me a camera to follow in his footsteps, he bought me an old film camera off eBay.
This forced me to learn the ins-and-outs of manual camera settings from day one. Once I had mastered the art of working with film, my father upgraded me to a digital format, and I was thrilled to have the ability to take endless images and get instant feedback on my work. This would be the start of my journey as a photographer.
As I entered high school, I stumbled upon the term "Graphic Designer" and my passion for design was born. I dove into research to learn everything I could about this field and knew right away that I had found my calling. I would eventually study at North Carolina State University's College of Design, where I honed my skills and learned the importance of creative problem-solving. It was there that I also discovered how to seamlessly integrate my love of photography into my graphic design work.
My mission as a multidisciplinary designer and photographer is to help individuals and businesses showcase their unique identities through creative visuals that truly reflect who they are. I believe that authenticity is the key to standing out in a crowded market, and I am dedicated to helping my clients tell their stories in a way that is both captivating and true to their brand.
